Mango Overnight Oats with Passionfruit
Ingredients
- 50 g (½ cup) rolled oats (Note 1)
- 30 g (2 tbsp) chia seeds (Note 2)
- 40 ml (2 tbsp) milk (Note 3)
- 160 g (1 cup) yoghurt passionfruit or mango (Note 4)
- 30 g (1 scoop) protein optional
- 5 g (1 tsp) creatine optional
- 50 g (¼ cup) mango (Note 5)
- 20 g (1 tbsp) passionfruit (Note 5)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a container, except for ½ of the raspberries. Mix well.
- Add remaining raspberries on top (and extra biscoff if you want).
- Store in the fridge for 4-5 days.
