Elevate your breakfast with passion mango overnight oats. Bursting with juicy mango and tangy passionfruit, this recipe combines mango oatmeal and chia seeds to create a delightful, refreshing start to your morning.Note - measurements can be approximate. I suggest keeping ratio of yogurt and milk.

Instructions
In a container or 2 jars combine 1 cup rolled oats , 2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 ¾ cup milk , ¼ cup Greek yoghurt, ¼ cup protein, 2 tbsp passionfruit .
Top with ½ mango . Let set in the fridge for 4 hours (preferably overnight.If you've made it in a single container, separate into 2 jars now for convenient grab-and-go in the morning
Mix well before eating. If it's too thick for your liking, add an extra splash of liquid.
Note 1 - OatsRolled oats are recommended as they provide the best texture when stored whole, overnight. Note 4 - YoghurtYou can use a mango or passionfruit flavoured yoghurt, or plain/vanilla if that is your preference for yoghurt in oats.Note 5 - FruitYou can use fresh, frozen or tinned depending on the time or year and your preference.Storage Store in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before eating. If too thick, add a tablespoon of milk.Heating If you prefer oatmeal hot, heat on 1 minute intervals until warmed (approx. 3 minutes).
