Lemon Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 50 g (½ cup) rolled oats Note 1
- 30 g (2 tbsp) chia seeds optional, Note 2
- 160 g (~1 cup) lemon Greek yoghurt subs Note 3
- 40 ml (2 tbsp) milk subs Note 4
- 30 g (1 scoop) protein, optional
- 5 g (1 tsp) creatine, optional
- 75 g (½ cup) blueberries Note 5
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients except for the blueberries. You may need extra milk if the yoghurt mixture doesn't cover all the oats. Add blueberries on top.
- Keep overnight oats in airtight container overnight and up to 4 days.
