Notes
Note 1 - OatsRolled oats are recommended as they provide the best texture when stored whole, overnight. Liquid quantities may vary if using different types of oats.Note 2 - Chia SeedsThey are optional, but they help provide a more "pudding" texture to the overnight oats.Note 3 - Lemon YoghurtSubstitute with plain or vanilla yoghurt (or plant-based alternative) + 1 tablespoon lemon juice & lemon zest.Note 4 - MilkYou can use whatever milk for this. Nutritional information is based off cows milk. More milk may be required depending on the texture. It should be enough to make all the oats wet with the yoghurt mixture.Note 5 - BlueberriesYou can use fresh or frozen.StorageStore in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Stir before eating. If too thick, you might have to add another tablespoon of liquid. HeatingYou can heat overnight oats in the microwave on 1 minute intervals, stirring in between, until warmed through for a stove-top oats feel.
