Why you'll love this recipe
Delicious Flavour Combo. Biscoff and raspberry is literal perfection - the biscoff raspberry baked oats is a definite favourite, too.
Protein. Like my other 15+ overnight oats recipes, these are high protein - try my lemon blueberry overnight oatmeal and frozen mixed berry oats next.
Convenient. I think overnight oatmeal makes the perfect prepped breakfast. 5 minutes to prepare and then the fridge does the rest.
Ingredients and substitutions

Rolled oats. These provide the better texture for overnight oats in comparison to quick oats. If you're not a fan of the texture, try blending like my oreo overnight oats.
Chia seeds. These help with the texture and make it more pudding like. You could also use flax meal.
Yogurt and milk. You can use a yogurt and milk of your choice. I often use Greek yogurt and soy milk, and my partner uses oat milk and coconut yogurt. Both work well!
Raspberries. Depending on what's in season where you are, you can use fresh raspberries, but frozen raspberries will often be more affordable and they'll melt into the oats overnight (which is delish!)
Biscoff. Biscoff (the brand) spread is what I use for this one, but it can sometimes be unaffordable or hard to find. There are other "biscuit" spreads (sometimes called caramel biscuit spread).
Please check the recipe card for full list of ingredients and quantity.
My Top Tip
If it's not berry season, use frozen raspberries! They're cheaper per kg and are frozen during peak season.
Meal prepping overnight oats

Meal prepping overnight oats for your work week is one of the easiest ways to get yourself prepared.
Simply combine all the ingredients in a jar the night before, and let them sit in the fridge overnight.
Keep in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container to make sure they stay as fresh as possible. They do tend to thicken each day so make sure to give them a stir before eating.
If you prefer the "stovetop oats" vibe, add a little more liquid in the morning and heat in the microwave for a couple of minutes.
