Weekly Meal Plans
So you've got some Meal Prep Inspiration, but aren't sure how to incorporate it into a Meal Plan, or how to cook multiple dishes at once? Well, this is the place for you!
If you've read my Meal Prep for Beginners post, you'll know there are many different approaches to Meal Prepping. In my plans, I have tried to keep them light-on and simple so they are accessible to the most amount of people, while being as helpful as possible.
They aren't full 7-day, 3 meals a day plans. They're 3-4 days, and include a couple of meals and maybe some snack ideas. I've included the Grocery List for each of the preps, videos of the preps (both short-form from Instagram and long form on Youtube where you can follow along at the same time) and ideas for 4 easy dinner recipes you can include in your weekly plan. You can use what you like and even put it into my Meal Planner Templates if you're a fan of organisation.
