Instructions
Whisk together 120 g(½cups) Greek yoghurt, 30 ml(2tablespoon) balsamic vinegar, 60 ml(¼cups) orange juice , minced 1 garlic clove, 3 g(1 teaspoon) oregano in a small bowl or jar.
Taste and adjust seasoning with Salt and pepper. Add more yoghurt if the flavour is too citrusy, add more balsamic for tang.

Note 1 - Orange and GarlicI recommend opting for fresh where possible as these will amplify the flavour in the creamy yoghurt dressing. You can use pre-minced and/or bottled orange juice if you choose, but the flavour might be slightly more dull.Serve with: Marinade for Roast Chicken, Pork, Salmon; Salad dressing etc.StoringStore in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Make sure to shake well before pouring as the Greek yogurt can separate.
