This sweet chilli soy sauce is a harmonious blend of sweet, spicy, and savory flavors. It's versatile enough to be a dipping sauce, marinade, or salad dressing. With just a few ingredients and minutes, elevate your meals effortlessly.Note - ingredients can be approximate depending on preferences which is why they're expressed in cups/spoons. Would recommend keeping ratios the same for liquids.

Notes
Note 1 - Garlic & GingerFresh is recommended to help the sauce pack a punch. But you can substitute for jarred or ground in a pinch (but you won't have the same flavour depth)Note 2 - Paprika & Red Chilli Flakes You can adjust to your spice preferences. If you like it super spicy, I recommend Cayenne pepper over paprika and adding in a few more red chilli flakes. For a milder spice, you can opt for a small amount of diced fresh chilli.Note 3 - White Wine VinegarSubstitutions - white vinegar, mirinServe withDrizzle over your favourite proteins like Chicken, Pork or Beef. Even add it as a sauce to stir fry, or as a dipping sauce.StoringStore in an airtight jar or container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
