These white chocolate truffles combine white Tim Tams, desiccated coconut, and condensed milk into a soft and sweet no-bake dessert. They take 5 minutes to pull together and only 15 minutes to harden up, making them perfect for a last-minute Christmas treat (or just for an everyday indulgence)note - ingredients can be approximate
165g(6oz)White Chocolate Tim Tams, approx.1 packet, subs note 1
120g(1 ½cups)Desiccated Coconut, 1 cup mixture + ½ cup coating
150ml(⅔cups)Condensed Milk, subs note 2

Instructions
Crush the 165 g(6oz) White Chocolate Tim Tams into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a ziplock bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Add 1 cup of desiccated coconut and 150 ml(⅔cups) Condensed Milk to the crumbs. Stir, process or mix by hand until a sticky dough forms.adjust with additional desiccated coconut if necessary
Roll 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking tray. If too sticky, refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before rolling.
Coat each ball by rolling in the remaining ½ cup of desiccated coconut, pressing gently for a smooth finish.
Chill the truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.

Note 1 - White Chocolate Tim TamsIf you don't have white chocolate Tim Tams, substitute with another white chocolate covered cookie.
