These chocolate Tim Tam cheesecake balls are made by combining the classic Aussie biscuit, cream cheese and a touch of rolled oats to help hold the truffle balls together. They're rich, creamy, and no one will believe how simple they are to make and that they're only 3 ingredients. note - ingredients can be approximate
200gChocolate Tim Tams, subs note 1, approx.1[ packet
250g(1cup)cream cheese
90g(1 cup)rolled oats, see note 1 if using different cookies

Instructions
Crush the 200 g Chocolate Tim Tams into fine crumbs using a food processor, or place them in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Add 250 g(1cup) cream cheese and 90 g(1 cup) rolled oats. Mix or process until combined (Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes if the mixture feels too soft to roll)
Scoop 1-tablespoon portions of the mixture and roll into bite-sized balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
Serve chilled or straight from the fridge.

Note 1 - Tim TamsIf you don't have access to regular Tim Tams, you can use any chocolate covered cookie or just regular chocolate cookies. You may need to adjust the amount of oats added depending on the type of biscuit so start with a little bit and gradually add.StoringStore in the fridge in an airtight container for 1-2 weeksFreezingFreeze in a single layer first, then add to a ziplock bag or freezer safe bag for 3 months.
