Instructions
Add all 50 g(⅓cups) banana, 50 g(½cups) rolled oats, 15 g(1tablespoon) chia seeds, 200 ml(¾cups) milk, 30 g(2tablespoon) protein, 50 g(¼cups) yogurt, 1 Oreo to the blender and blend until smooth.
Spoon into an airtight container overnight and let set for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
