This easy homemade taco seasoning is the perfect mix of bold, zesty, and smoky. Use it as a Mexican seasoning, burrito seasoning, or to jazz up anything from veggies to meat. It’s versatile, customizable, and takes under 2 minutes to mix together. note - ingredients can be approximate. Adjust to preferences.

Notes
Note 1 - Onion and GarlicI recommend the flakes or granules over the powder to ensure the seasoning maintains its texture. The powder can clump and cause the rest of the seasoning for be clumpy.Note 2 - Sea SaltI highly highly (cannot recommend highly enough) to use a good quality rock salt. It makes all the difference.Note 3 - PepperFreshly cracked pepper is recommended for both taste and texture. If you don't have pepper that can be cracked, DON'T use the powder for the same reason as Note 1.
