Combine 125 ml(½cups) milk and 30 g(2tablespoon) protein powder then add to crushed weetbix with 15 g(1tablespoon) gingerbread spice. Stir then flatten. Let sit for approx. 5 minutes so it can absorb the milk.
Top with 240 g(1cups) yogurt then sprinkle with Cinnamon sugar and add (optional) 3 gingerbread men.
