Add 2 tbsp Black sesame seeds, 2 tbsp White sesame seeds, 2 tbsp Poppyseeds, 1 tbsp Onion flakes, 1 tbsp Garlic granules, 1 tbsp Sea salt, ½ tbsp Pepper to a bowl and mix until combined, or add to a jar and shake until combined.
Store in an airtight jar for up to a year.

Note 1 - Onion Flakes and Garlic GranulesThis type of seasoning is recommended over fresh or powder to ensure the EBTB seasoning maintains its texture. The powder can clump and cause the rest of the seasoning for be clumpy.Note 2 - Sea SaltI highly highly (cannot recommend highly enough) to use a good quality rock salt. It makes all the difference.Note 3 - PepperFreshly cracked pepper is recommended for both taste and texture. If you don't have pepper that can be cracked, DON'T use the powder for the same reason as Note 1. Precracked is fine as long as it's not a powder.Serve with Use as a topping on bagels, salads, rice bowls etc.Storing Store in an airtight container for up to a year.
