50g(½cups)protein powder, optional, can replace with equal amounts flavour (note 3)
10g(2teaspoon)baking soda
30g(2tablespoon)white sugar

Blend
Add 30 g(1cups) spinach, 300 ml(1 ¼cups) milk, 70 g(2 ½oz) banana, 240 g(2cups) flour, 50 g(½cups) protein powder, 10 g(2teaspoon) baking soda, 30 g(2tablespoon) white sugar to a blender and blend until smooth.
Cook pancakes
Heat a non-stick skillet or pan over medium heat and lightly grease with some of the 15 g(1tablespoon) butter . Pour small amounts of the batter into the pan to form pancakes (approx. 15cm / 6 inches wide).
Cook each pancake for about 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until slightly golden
