This single serve protein brownie is a quick and easy way to satisfy your chocolate cravings - plus it's completely suitable for a breakfast meal prep when added to some yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Note 1 - MilkUse milk of your preference. Nutrition information based off cows milk.Note 2 - Protein powderEither Vanilla, Neutral or Chocolate is my recommendation. Substitute with equal amounts flour if not using.Use vegan protein powder if you have access as it the texture is better when it's baked. Note 3 - Egg substitutionFor an egg-free option, use a flaxseed egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 3 tablespoons water and let sit for 10 minutes).Serve with Yogurt, fruit etc. Storing Store in an airtight container for 4-5 days in the fridge. Reheating Reheat in the microwave on 1 minute intervals for 3 minutes or in the oven on medium heat for 10 minutes. Freezing Freeze for up to 3-6 months
