Notes
Note 1 - OatsI recommend rolled oats as they provide the best texture. Liquid quantities may vary if using different types of oats.Note 2 - Chia SeedsThey are optional, but very highly recommended as they help provide a more "pudding" texture to the overnight oats. Note 3 - MilkYou can use whatever milk for this. Nutritional information is based off cows milk. This may need to be adjusted depending on your protein powder and yogurt type. You want it runny when first made - but still see the oats. This will make it soft and creamy once stored. Note 4 - YogurtI recommend yogurt to help bring out the creaminess of the oats. You can omit, but add in another ¼ cup of milk if you do.StoringStore in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. If thick when eating, add an extra dash of milk or water to loosen. Reheating You can reheat by adding an additional dash of milk/water, then adding to the microwave on 30 second bursts, stirring in between (it'll take approx. 2-3 minutes). It'll taste like stove top oats.
