30g(2tablespoon)protein, vanilla or chocolate, optional
5g(2teaspoon)cacao powder, see note 3
10g(2teaspoon)peanut butter
180ml(¾cups)milk, of choice, see note 2

Instructions
Mash 50 g(½cups) banana then add to a mason jar or bowl with 40 g(½cups) rolled oats, 30 g(2tablespoon) chia seeds, 30 g(2tablespoon) Greek yogurt, 30 g(2tablespoon) protein, 5 g(2teaspoon) cacao powder, 10 g(2teaspoon) peanut butter180 ml(¾cups) milk. Mix until everything is combined.
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but overnight works best for maximum flavor.

Note 1 - Rolled OatsYou can use steel cut, but you may need to adjust the amount of liquid. Note 2 - Milk and YogurtYou can adjust the ratio between. Less yogurt will mean a thinner texture. Note 3 - Cacao PowderI prefer cacao powder over a chocolate or cocoa powder because it is less sweet and has a stronger chocolate taste. If you use chocolate protein powder, you could omit the cacao powderStoringStore for up to 4-5 days.
