Mix together 1 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp chia seeds, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, ¼ cup protein, ½ cup orange juice, 1 ¼ cup milk in a container or 2 airtight jar.
Top with diced ½ orange and store for at least 4 hours before eating.
If it looks too thick when you're wanting to eat, add some more orange juice or milk to thin.
