Instructions
Mix together 40 g(½cups) rolled oats, 30 g(2tablespoon) chia seeds, 30 g(2tablespoon) Greek yogurt, 30 g(2tablespoon) protein, 180 ml(¾cups) orange juice in an airtight jar.
Top with diced 80 g(3oz) orange and store for at least 4 hours before eating.

Note 1 - Rolled OatsYou can use steel cut, but you may need to adjust the amount of liquid.Note 2 - Greek yogurtSubstitutions - dairy-free yogurt e.g. coconut, soy, oatNote 3 - Orange juiceFreshly squeezed is recommended. If using store-bought, aim for ones that are pure orange juice (with pulp is recommended) rather than with extra filler ingredients e.g. sugar and water.StoringStore for up to 4-5 days. When ready to eat, give it a good stir.Reheating Reheat in the microwave on 1 minute intervals until heated through (approx. 2-3 minutes depending on how thick they are).
