180ml(¾cups)milk
20g(1tablespoon)choc chips

Instructions
In a jar, combine 40 g(½cups) rolled oats, 30 g(2 tablespoon) chia seeds, 30 g(2tablespoon) Greek yogurt, 30 g(2tablespoon) protein, 180 ml(¾cups) milk Stir thoroughly to dissolve protein powder and evenly distribute chia.
Add most of the 20 g(1tablespoon) choc chips, reserving a few for topping.
Seal the jar and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
In the morning, give it a stir, add toppings, and enjoy cold.
